Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Fluency in Czech or Slovak language (at least C1);
- Experience in sales or customer service will be advantage (call center/contact center);
- High communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independence, ability to solve problems;
- Assigned responsibility for actions;
- Motivation and commitment;
- Enthusiasm, good attitude and sense of humor.

Personal data of candidates will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process on the basis of the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The data subject shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.

Data collected in the course of recruitment processes will be stored for a maximum of 3 years after they have been obtained or until the consent is withdrawn. If you consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your data will be stored for up to 6 years from the date of sending an application or until the withdrawal of your consent.

The envisaged categories of data recipients are: HR employees and managerial staff taking decisions on employing candidates, IT service providers, recruitment service providers: Talent Base
sp. z o.o.

The data subject shall have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of their personal data. Submitting a request for data erasure is tantamount to a resignation from participation in the recruitment process. Moreover, they have the right to demand that the data processing be restricted in the cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR as well as the right to data portability.

The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

Providing the data contained in recruitment documents is not obligatory, however, it is a prerequisite for participation in the recruitment process.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.

The data provided by you will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
